Learn how to apply for your chosen course as an international student at Skills Click with these easy-to-follow steps.
Entry requirements
Student Application Form
- Certified copy of your Passport
- Certified Academic Transcript and qualifications from Year 12 or above
- Evidence of English Proficiency
Completing the application form and attaching all required supporting documents is important. Ensure that you provide certified copies of your academic and other essential documents.
Offer Letter and Initial Deposit

Course Familiarisation:
Before applying for your student visa, visit our Course Page to familiarise yourself with all the details about the course. For additional information or course availability, contact our student support team at Skills Click directly or via email at info@skills.click.
Complete Application Form:
Obtain and complete the Application Form and any relevant documents required under the Simplified Student Visa Framework (SSVF). You can easily access these forms by contacting our student support team at 13000 000 000. We’ll review your application within 7 days and inform you of the outcome. Be prepared to provide supporting documentation for your course application if required.
Acceptance and Documentation:
Upon acceptance of your Application for Enrolment, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer, Student Agreement, and Acceptance of Offer Form from Skills Click. Review the conditions outlined in these documents, sign them, and return them along with the necessary payment as specified.
Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE):
After receiving your signed documents and course payment, Skills Click will issue a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) to the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA). The CoE contains important course details required for your visa application.
Visa Application Process:
Refer to the Department of Home Affairs website for detailed information on the visa application process. Skills Click has a network of education agents available to assist you. Gather the necessary documents for your visa application, including the Letter of Offer, CoE, proof of payment for tuition fees, passport, medical report, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), and evidence of financial capacity.
Visa Processing:
The Department of Home Affairs will process your student visa application. Inform Skills Click once your visa application is approved.

How long does the application process take?
We aim to make the application process as efficient as possible while ensuring thorough consideration for each applicant. Here’s what you need to know:
- Timeline: Our application process takes around 24 hours to review. However, this duration may vary based on individual circumstances and the complexity of the application. Please understand that high application volumes or delays in providing necessary information can extend this timeline.
- Submission Deadline: To ensure ample time for processing, we recommend submitting your application at least one month before your course’s start date. Please note that we cannot accept applications received after the specified cutoff dates and do not expedite applications for any reason.
- Offer Validity: Offers of acceptance are typically valid for up to six months in advance. We are unable to accept offers beyond this period. We encourage applicants to plan their timelines accordi

Once your application has been successfully processed, you can expect an offer letter delivered directly to your email. This offer letter will outline the details of your acceptance and provide further instructions regarding enrollment procedures.
